Through the brief form
- Name, email, phone (optional)
- Project description, budget range, timeline
- Optional attachments (decks, briefs, references)
Through silent lead capture

Purpose
- Respond to your inquiry
- Assess the feasibility of a collaboration
- Re-contact you in the context of the project described
Legal basis
Processing is based on legitimate interest (a commercial exchange you initiated) and, for optional data, on your consent (voluntary transmission).
Hosting and storage
Form submissions and their attachments are stored on Infomaniak servers (Switzerland, sovereign hosting, GDPR-compatible). Notification emails are relayed through Infomaniak’s SMTP servers.
Retention
- Form submissions: 24 months from the last contact
- Attachments: project duration + 12 months, unless you request earlier deletion
- Unconverted lead-capture logs: 6 months
Your rights
Under the GDPR and the FADP, at any time you have the right to:
- Access your data
- Rectify inaccurate data
- Request erasure
- Restrict processing
- Receive your data in a portable format
- Object to processing
To exercise these rights, email stef@stefandacey.com. A reply will be sent within 30 days.
Security
Transmissions are encrypted end-to-end over HTTPS. Access to stored data is restricted to Stefan Dacey. Infomaniak backups are encrypted at rest.
Cookies
No advertising or profiling cookies are set. The only cookies in use are strictly technical (language preference).
